Simon Earle is the CEO of a not-for profit training company, a former primary school teacher and educator with Life Education.
He lives in Caringbah with his wife Emma and their two children who attend local, public high schools. Simon has been a resident of the Sutherland Shire for over thirty years, and three generations of his family are long-time locals.
Simon volunteers as a lifesaver with a local Surf Club and served as a Nippers Squad Leader for nine years. He is a White Ribbon Community Partner, actively campaigning for the prevention of domestic and family violence for the past 13 years.
Simon believes in integrity and equality. He wants all people to have opportunities, dignity, and respect in their communities. He knows good governments have a responsibility to provide quality health, education, transport, and services.
Simon knows our health system is in crisis. He has seen first-hand the neglect of public schools and TAFE. He has seen the privatisation of public assets driving up prices and reducing the quality and reliability of services. He understands that people are struggling with low wages and increased cost of living.
“There’s work to be done,” he says. “I have the energy, commitment, and integrity, as well as the life and professional experience, to serve the people of Miranda and deliver much needed and positive change for them and their families.
“I am proud to be representing Labor in the 2023 NSW state election.”
