Ms Berejiklian's plan to move the Powerhouse Museum to Parramatta is little more than a property deal to free up prime real estate in Sydney's CBD. 

Labor recognises the need for cultural institutions in rural and regional NSW too. That's why we'll upgrade the Powerhouse Museum, keep it in Ultimo, and build a brand new $500 Million Western Sydney cultural centre, as well as double the Regional Cultural Fund for rural NSW.
