Lynda Voltz - Member for Auburn Lynda Voltz - Member for Auburn

Lynda joined the Australian Labor Party at the age of 15. Her grandfather, boilermaker Ben Walsh, was a founder of the Birrong Branch of the Labor Party. From 1984 to 1987 Lynda was a member of the Australian Army Reserve and between 1987 and 1993, Lynda served in the Australian Regular Army and was in the second group of women to train at Kapooka in NSW.

Outside the Army, Lynda has worked as an electorate officer and has travelled extensively within Australia. She is married to Elias Bampos and has two daughters, Katerina and Anastasia.
