Kylie is a proud East Hills local, having lived in the area for nearly 40 years and raised six children with her husband, Graeme.
With deep roots in the community, Kylie understands the challenges local families face and is passionate about creating lasting, positive change.
She helped establish Biyani House Revesby Women’s Shelter to support women and children fleeing domestic violence, and in 2018 was recognised as Canterbury Bankstown’s Volunteer of the Year.
Before becoming the Member for East Hills, Kylie served as a Director of Revesby Workers’ Club and Chair of Bankstown Canterbury Community Transport. She was also a founding member of the Bankstown Jets Touch Association and held the roles of President and Treasurer for 18 years before entering Parliament. Kylie continues to be actively involved in local sport.
In 2022, Kylie became a graduate of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
A strong community advocate and a genuine voice for the people of East Hills, Kylie was elected as the State Member in 2023.
