Dilvan Bircan is a proud and long-time resident of the Hills, living here with her husband and two sons for many years. She’s a small business owner and is actively involved in the local business chamber where she passionately advocates for local small businesses.
Dilvan is an active member and currently serves on the leadership team at Hills District Toastmasters. She actively promotes the club’s mission, engages with the local community, and inspires individuals from all backgrounds to build confidence and develop their public speaking skills. Her passion for effective communication and community empowerment is evident in the workshops, events, and outreach initiatives she helps organise.
Dilvan believes in protecting the environment and working to fight the climate crisis, securing Australia’s low emission future. She’s passionate about protecting and strengthening the health services we rely on. She will fight for a better future for Australia.
She is a voice for our community, and as a part of an Albanese Labor Government, Dilvan will advocate for better health services, climate action and small business support.
