This briefing is intended to assist delegate with timely and efficient entry and participation in the 2024 Conference.

Below is a summary of the current arrangements as has

The following measures will be enacted: 

  • All attendees will be required to present photo identification to enter the conference venue. This includes delegates and observers.
  • Bags will not be permitted inside the venue.
  • All attendees will be issued with unique security credentials to stop the ability for credentials to be duplicated or shared. 

Medications and health equipment, water, laptops, snacks and electronics are all permitted inside Conference. Please be advised that other items may be confiscated during security screening.
