This is the biggest wage theft scandal involving an Australian Government in history.
In 2015, Liberal Treasurer Dominic Perrottet created iCare - the agency responsible for NSW's workers' compensation scheme.
It provides workers compensation insurance to more than 326,000 businesses and insures 3.6 million employees.
And it answers to Dominic Perrottet.
But secret documents have revealed that his agency has underpaid more than 50,000 injured workers up to $80 million.
Tens of thousands of sick and injured workers were effectively robbed by this Government.
They lost thousands of dollars when they could least afford it - and there's no plan to repay them.
