Jo-Ann is the former National Secretary of the Flight Attendants' Association of Australia (2007-2016) and union delegate for 27 years.  Jo-Ann provides a unique understanding of issues affecting the aviation industry. Recognised as an astute communicator, influential presenter and strong negotiator, Jo-Ann brings her core competencies including strategic and operational planning, policy compliance and financial  management and stakeholder relationship management to the Administrative Committee as a rank and file ALP member.
