Graeme Kelly Graeme Kelly

Graeme Kelly is the General Secretary of the New South Wales Local Government, Clerical, Administrative, Energy, Airlines and Utilities Union (USU) appointed September 2010 and formally elected in May of 2011.

Graeme’s 25 year history with the USU and the former Federated Municipal and Shire Council Employees’ Union (MEU) saw him hold positions as both Organiser in the Metropolitan Region, OHS Officer and Manager of the Southern Region. Graeme was also a representative on the Northern Sydney Waste Board from 1994-1998.

Additionally, Graeme was a Director of Local Government Super from 2011-2013 and is a member of the Ministerial Advisory Committee for Local Government Reform. Graeme is the 10th

General Secretary of the MEU/USU since the Union’s creation in 1903.
