Edmond Atalla

A local who understands our community

Having lived in Western Sydney for 40 years, Edmond is proud to call our community his home. He went to school locally and is raising his family in the area. Having served on Blacktown City Council for 10 years, Edmond understands our community and the pressures residents face every day.

Standing up for us

As a local Blacktown City Councillor, Edmond has a strong record of standing up for our community, including:

  • Fighting the Liberal’s closure of Mount Druitt Pool;
  • Stopping the sell-off of local childcare centres and parks;
  • Saving the pensioner discount for Council rates; and
  • Fighting to save resident’s homes from being acquired.

A fair go for Mount Druitt

The Liberals are taking Western Sydney for granted. They have closed the cardiac ward at Mount Druitt Hospital, slashed funding from schools and TAFE and ignored the need for lifts at Rooty Hill Train Station. With your support, Edmond will fight for a better deal for Mount Druitt.

Help us fight for a stronger and fairer NSW.
