Alan migrated to Carlingford with his family in 1987. Having lived in Australia 35 years, he cares deeply about the area where he grew up. Raised by a single mum passionate about education, Alan wants every child to share in the opportunities he did. A former journalist who now works in small business, with a Master of Public Policy from University of Chicago and Bachelor of Arts/Law from University of Sydney, Alan has the skills to advocate for what this growing community needs.
As the MP for Epping, Alan will support local schools, care for the local environment, deliver a toll cap of $60 a week and work hard on local issues ignored for too long.
