Jodie Harrison and her husband Bruce have lived in Charlestown for 22 years and are raising their two children locally. Jodie is proud to send her children to local schools, and committed to investing in schools in the Hunter, to give our kids the best start in life. Jodie volunteers for the Samaritans and is a Board Member of Hunter Regional Sports Centre, The Place Charlestown Community and Youth Centre and Hunter Resource Recovery.

Jodie’s vision for Charlestown is one of a thriving local community, with more investment in local jobs, green spaces and quality schools and health services. A fighter who will stand up for the Hunter’s fair share
Jodie Harrison has a strong record of fighting for Charlestown. Jodie has delivered green waste kerbside collection for residents, the Cycling Strategy, the Belmont Masterplan and fought for Federal Government funding for the Lake Macquarie Transport Interchange. Jodie will stand up against the Liberal Government’s cuts to hospitals, schools and TAFE and make sure the Hunter gets its fair share from the Liberals in Sydney.
